The quicket way to raise alert us to an issue is to raise a support ticket through our Client Portal. Support tickets will be dealt with in a timely manner by our 1st line support team. We find that 90% of support issues can be solved at this stage.
Our normal support hours are 8.15am - 7pm Monday to Friday.
