WELCOME TO OOSHA SUPPORT

As an Oosha customer you can use this online area to raise support tickets or make contact with us regarding any issues you might have.

The quicket way to raise alert us to an issue is to raise a support ticket through our Client PortalSupport tickets will be dealt with in a timely manner by our 1st line support team. We find that 90% of support issues can be solved at this stage.

Our normal support hours are 8.15am - 7pm Monday to Friday.

If you would like additional support outside of these times we do have enhanced support packages available. Please speak to our sales team to discuss these services.
