Frequently Asked Questions

HELP my broadband is not working
If your internet connection is not working the first thing to do is to reboot your router.

It maybe best to leave the router turned off for ten minutes or so. Once the router has been switched on give it another few minutes to establish a connection.

You should have a 'Sync' light on the router which depending on the model of the router should be green.

If this fails still please contact support who will be happy to help.
