
OOSHA currently works with a great number of channel partners enabling them to provide data solutions to both commercial and residential clients.
Through our programme partners are able to choose both how they resell and how they support the OOSHA product range. Partners are able to choose whether they brand our services as their own, bill customers themselves or through our accounts departments and whether they support the end user directly or utilise our experienced team to mange support queries directly. Partner SupportAll our partners, whether they are simply reselling our products or “white labelling” our products under their own banner, have access to our online Partner Portal which allows partners to manage their customers. The portal allows orders to be raised, tracked and access broadband usage stats for current customers thus allowing partners to make proactive recommendations. |
